Food is high quality. We stopped by since other restaurants are packed. But surprisingly, the ramen is very tasty!

We were here as a family on a Friday evening. It was a15 minutes wait and we were seated by the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is great. After giving the order for Ramen , chicken karaga and mochi ice cream for dessert, we waited for 10-15 minutes and after that a delicious meal was enjoyed by us. The food is great, ambience is cool. Their wooden chairs are cool and it also doesn't let you sit for too long there. We had a great evening as a family.

I decided to try this ramen place after I read all the great reviews. When I first walked in I noticed the nice setup. The person taking our order was very welcoming and super helpful. My husband ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and I ordered the Shoyu Ramen. My husband and I both preferred the Tonkotsu Ramen as it was very creamy and delicious. The shoyu ramen was too salty for my liking. Next time I come I'll definitely order that one instead. Both ramen were very fulfilling and I was so full afterwards. Get the Shoyu ramen if you want something a little more salty, since it is really salty. I definitely recommend this place and will be back. Keep in mind that tip is included to your total.

2026-03-18: I recently visited this new Fremont location, and while it’s only been open a short time, it’s clear they are still finding their footing. Having been a frequent guest at the Great America Parkway location—which is always buzzing and expertly managed—I had high expectations that weren't quite met here. The Service & Entry Policy The check-in process at this location feels unnecessarily rigid for the area. Despite arriving around noon to find at least eight open tables, I was told I couldn't be seated until my entire party arrived. This "complete party" policy felt misplaced and frustrating, especially with so many two-top tables available. To make matters worse, the host’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming. For a front-of-house role, a friendly demeanor is essential, and unfortunately, it was lacking here—a sharp contrast to the consistently warm service in San Jose. The Food I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, but it didn't quite hit the mark: * Flavor: The broth felt significantly saltier than the Great America version. * Texture: The seaweed was already soggy by the time the bowl reached the table. Overall, the execution felt a bit rushed compared to the quality I'
